Delivery Information
Delivery Charges
All orders are dispatched first class via Royal Mail, and all orders will be charged at a flat rate of JUST £2.80 regardless of how much you order from us, meaning there are no added charges to surprise you at the checkout stage!
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, however this can sometimes be extended at peek times such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders dispatched on a Saturday will be at our own discretion.
You can expect your order within 2-5 working days. If your order is not received after this period then please contact us for help and advice.
International Orders?
At this time we only deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses.
Returning An Order
If you are unhappy with your goods when they arrive please return them, unopened (if previously sealed in cellophane bag) and in the condition they were sent out, and we will issue a refund on receipt.
In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please return them to us, unused, within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge.
If you would prefer a refund we will refund monies within 14 days of receiving the goods back with us.

Cancelling An Order
Orders may be cancelled at any time before 2pm on day of dispatch by emailing us or by telephone.
